My discount code isn’t working, what should I do?

If you’re having trouble using your discount code, check the following common issues:

1. Has the code expired?

  • Some discount codes have an expiry date.

  • Check the terms and conditions of your discount to ensure it’s still valid.

2. Are you applying the code to eligible products?

  • Some discounts only apply to specific products, collections, or categories.

  • Verify that the items in your cart are eligible for the discount.

3. Have you exceeded the redemption limit?

  • Some discount codes have a one-time use limit or a maximum number of redemptions per customer.

  • If you’ve used the code before, it may no longer be valid.
