Why can’t you verify my key worker group?

We understand and appreciate the important role you play as a key worker. However, Gocertify can only verify individuals for specific discount programmes as determined by each retailer. If your role or category isn’t currently eligible, here’s why and what you can do next.

• Each retailer sets their own rules for who qualifies for their discount offers.

• Gocertify does not have the authority to approve eligibility for groups outside of the retailer’s criteria.

• If your profession or role isn’t currently supported but you have seen this on another Gocertify-powered offer, it's because the retailer hasn’t included it in their discount programme.

• Some retailers include a broad range of key workers, such as healthcare professionals, emergency services, and educators.

• Others may limit their discounts to specific professions, like NHS workers, first responders, or teachers.

• While we can’t approve your verification, we’ll share your feedback with the retailer.

• If enough demand exists, they may expand their discount programme to include more key worker groups in the future.
